You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Send items back unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the packaging they arrived in. Faulty and non-faulty items are both welcome back, with zero restocking fee. Mail info@alleboutique.com with your order number to start; once the return is approved we reply with the return address and the steps. Return shipping is on us when an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, and paid by you when you changed your mind or would like a different fit. Exchanges are welcome: start a return and tell us which item or size you would like instead, and we send the replacement as soon as your original item is on its way back to us.
