Our mission

Our mission is to make a full wardrobe easy to buy with confidence. Every product page carries the sizes we stock, the measurements we have, one price per size, and a plain answer about returns and exchanges. A page goes up once it does all of that.

Our vision

Our vision is a shop where a woman and a man dress from the same store and both get the same full attention. We run two full halves of one shop: the same page layout, the same size information, and the same standard on both sides.

Who we dress, and why we are called Alle

“Alle” is a Dutch word. It means “all”, and also “everyone”. We chose it because that is the actual job. We dress the person who buys a coat once and wants to get it right, and just as often the man or woman they live with. We write for every age and every body type: for whoever would rather have the answer than the adjective.

What we sell

Coats, tailoring, knitwear, trousers and boots, for women and men. Each piece has its own page with the sizes the maker lists, the colors that are really available, and a size chart wherever the maker publishes one — always the maker’s own.

How we work

A fulfillment partner packs and dispatches what you order. Processing takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) and delivery takes 5–10 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. Every order inside the United States ships free, with tracking, on any order value, and we ship exclusively to United States addresses. Follow the parcel on our Track Your Order page. Sending something back: you have 30 days from delivery, and who pays the return shipping in each case is set out in our Returns and Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.
