Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with tracking and no minimum order value. We ship to United States addresses only. Processing takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays) and delivery takes 5–10 business days after that, so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. Your order is packed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner. You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, and you can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page. You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Items must come back unworn and unwashed, with the original tags attached and in the packaging they arrived in. Both faulty and non-faulty items can be returned, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Mail info@alleboutique.com with your order number to start; once the return is approved we reply with the return address and the steps. Return shipping is paid by you when you changed your mind or the fit was not right, and by us when an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect. Exchanges are welcome: start a return and tell us which item or size you would like instead, and we send the replacement as soon as your original item is on its way back to us.
